Hi {{send_name}}!  Thanks for being a long-time customer of rohashing, and earning {{sum_usd}} since you started mining! It's been a while since we last saw you on {{last_mining_date}}, so I wanted to check in to find out what happened.

 

Did you upgrade your miners?

There are almost too many different types of mining hardware to count, and far too many for PROHASHING to test every specific model. Sometimes, a customer discovers that new mining hardware is incompatible with PROHASHING. We want to fix that! If your new rigs are encountering problems mining at PROHASHING, please submit a support ticket and we will assign an engineer to write code to support your miner.

Did another pool add a killer feature?

PROHASHING strives to be a market leader in the best mining features. Is there something we're missing that lured you away? Reply to this message to let us know what feature we're missing and we'll see if we can implement it for you.

Are you looking for different mining or payout coins?

Perhaps we discontinued a mining or payout coin that you depended upon. If so, we apologize. Sometimes, we don't find out how much a coin is appreciated until after it's gone. While some coins are discontinued because exchanges no longer support them, others are discontinued simply because we didn't think anyone wanted them. Let us know if we made a mistake.
